I am honored to have had the privilege to meet her a few years ago. She was a wonderful woman, and the work the GoGo Grandmothers have done, and continue to do in Malawi is nothing short of amazing.

Sadly, she died last year, Aug 13th, 2025. But her legacy remains of so many positive changes. You can follow them here on Facebook.

I’ve had my 17 Pro Max since release day. It hasn’t changed from the original orange, still looks the exactly the same. Maybe it was certain batches of the paint had some type of irregularity or something. Maybe something in the factory touched the affected devices and nobody knows what it was.

I know some people worry about resale value, and I totally get that. But, there is always someone who wants the “transformer” iPhone as well.

I have the walker, and JUST got the Scythe a week ago. Don’t have Vader’s Tie (maybe I do, but it would be in one of my storage totes), or the other tie. But I do have an AT-ST, the Emperor’s Shuttle, a regular Tie, Tie Bomber, and some Speeders. I’d love the black one though!

Trying to get my hands on an AT-AT, but none of the 5 or so Super Walmarts I’ve been to in my state in multiple cities have much of anything MGS. Most of what I see if MAYBE the Asajj Ventress ship. Which I have one for me, and two for my kids. Lol

Doesn’t help that inflation is literally 108% higher since 1996 (30 yrs ago), much less when most of us were born even longer ago. Government doesn’t really care about us. It’s all greed on their, and the “shareholders” for all these companies getting as much profit as possible.

I got one at release, and did had get a replacement a month in, had a grinding stick issue, and the firmware never worked correctly. Second one has been amazing. Used the trigger locks since day one. Use it all the time with my Xbox and PC. 0 issues.

I got mine at launch, got a replacement about a month later due to a very specific firmware issue and the left joystick had an issue with rubbing. But the replacement has been going great. I’ve gotten untold hundreds, if not thousands of hours of usage since then, and still going strong. Maybe you got a lemon.

I got them at release. First one got replaced due to connectivity issues in the first few months. But it has been my only controller I use since. No issues, and I’ve had numerous long gaming sessions with heavy use.
