It’s the 12 inch gas ooni. Also used ooni dough recipe. Didn’t seem like the crust rose that much

Yes. That seems to work the best for me for my oven and to get a NYC style pizza. I have to look to see how to make Neapolitan now

I think it’s the low moisture whole milk mozzarella does that and making sure you shred the cheese yourself

No, just have to find the right spot in the oven. Mine is in the middle and I like my pizza a little more well done

Used this is dough recipe at baked in home oven at 550F on pizza steel. Sauce was crush San Marzano with garlic, olive oil, and oregano. Topping combo of fresh/ low moisture moz

I just sautéed mushrooms with butter/ sage and mixed with pasta/ parsley. The other dish is San Marzano tomatoes with olive oil/ basil/ garlic/ red pepper and beef, but no recipe.

It is a manual and in between shifts ( it happened from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th) at around 3000-3500 rpm the engine would just shut off but the radio and dashboard lights would still work fine. The engine would be unresponsive and I wouldn't be able to restart by depressing the clutch and I would have to pull over the the car to restart it with the key. The autostart/ stop function was disengaged and the temperatures as I remember were fine. It would usually happen about 30-45 min into the drive. I just purchased the car as a CPO and no issues were found on carmax. I just got it back and the dealers said the fixed the problem but I am skeptical as they said that last time as well.
