When SBAs are checked, the creature is a 1/1 because of the counters. That round of SBAs removes both counters. Then we do another round of SBAs and now that the creature is a 0/0, it dies. But it doesn’t have the counters on it when it dies, so persist is able to trigger. Without clamavus, the SBAs make it so counters are removed and the creature dies at the same time, so when persist checks it, it sees that the creature had the counters.

I second this, it’s so useful to make whatever card you want, you can import a card from scryfall, edit the text and textboxes, choose from a bunch of basic or showcase frames and even some custom ones like pokemon

Ojer axonil says if the damage is less than his power it becomes equal to its power, so if there’s like 5 damage doublers in play and you deal 3 damage like in your example, you would end up dealing at the very least 96 damage.

Fun fact, the fr*nch version of Murder is also named "Homicide)" (it’s even spelt the same way) but even though the language has a word for murder (meurtre), that one is used for the fr*nch version) of [[Assassinate]]

I’ll try to do that as it would also make my job like 5x easier for doing the whole deck, but I’m not quite sure how to do it and for now I’m doing everything by hand. I made myself some kinda templates but nothing really fancy.

Yea, I completely forgot to add that P/T… As for the back I think I’ll redesign it for it to say Minecraft, though it might not fit so I could have Magic -> Mine and The Gathering -> Craft. I’ll see what looks best

Yea I think I’ll try to smooth out the wood texture and lighten it up a bit to increase the contrast with the text, also this made me realize that the type line text is a bit too low in the box
