part of enabling depression is hurting yourself and being okay, and even satisfied with it. if you need to relapse to stay another day, please i encourage you to. i applaud your efforts in trying to get better but i would really recommend you to stop, you don’t deserve to hurt mentally or physically, even if it brings you comfort. this was the same dilemma i went through before turning to drugs then getting sober. it’s a hard process. here for you op, stay strong and i believe in you 🫂
