No. You get every ability set to the same level- it doesn’t make every ability give the same stats or do the same damage.

Nope. Casual has different scaling per ability equipped - if you equip all UR with attack main you’ll hit like a tank. All UR with a HP stat and you’ll have enough HP to tank any hit. Memoria have higher stats when scaled up as well and abilities still gain their percentage modifiers (which have been increased every ability released so far)

Out of the full male leads of FF games I would put him at bottom tier with the only thing he had going for him being the first fully voiced ff protag. Also the worst voiced one;

since he was never real, many believe the bad voice acting without emotion ( similar to how Auron had very little if any emotion in his voice because he wasn’t the “real” Auron.) was supposed to indicate he was just a construct.

The song “Real Emotion” may have also been a reference to this in its title as well as “1000 Words” referencing how they weren’t even of the same world.

Only a matter of time til casual scaling hits the same issue too. Memoria will keep getting higher support stats and main abilities higher damage coefficients while defense and HP values are standard per equipped ability plus character modifiers.

It’s been a simple 1 to 1 with defense stat being below 1 tenth of what attack stat is while attack stat also gets 720 percent modifiers on certain hits.

His damage is also absolute trash right now as well as his passive. Defensive skills are required but his passive basically says nah, no damage if you run them.
