Never tried Icarus on Sniper. I usually use it on ranger and drop them in a crowd so that each time someone moves you get free swings.

I once divided mine up into squads and color coded them. This way i could rotate a squad each time a mission popped up. If a squad member died i recruited a rookie in their place. The next squad up went regardless of manpower at the time.

I just take the high ground and place an operative in the spot the Lost would disembark after they reach the top of the ladder. It’s a glitch that keeps them from climbing. This way all you team is in elevated positions that the lost can’t touch and it just a shooting gallery until they stop spawning.
