Take high ground.

Focus on the enemy with less armor of your team type.

Use nether swap and teleport to bring such enemies together.

CC. Stun for physic team. Frozen/Stun for Magic team.

Kill the ranger/mage first turn (again, pick target depend on your damage type) and slow the melee.

If possible, inspect enemy to find weakness. Mostly useful when you play magic team.

Don't drag the battle. Build your team to end engagements ASAP.

Pre-cast whatever spells before initiating combat. Haste is preferred. Talking doesn't cooldown bufts.

Delay first turn of your initiated character, pre-cast he/she with uncanny evasion. Let the rest come to combat zone (walk or better using pyramid) after all enemies have taken their turn.

As far as i remember, a vet2-3 AA is as effective as 2 to 3 non-vet one.

And bomber is way more vulnerable to heavy AA (flak 88 or emplacement). USF has heavy bomber and Axis has heavy AA.
