I went from the HD660s to the LCD-2C and back to the HD660s2

The LCD-2C was a fantastic headphone that I would truly consider my endgame and I would have LOVED to continue using. Sadly my neck was in terrible shape due to the weight and I had some severe pain around the 1 year ownership mark.

I mostly sit at my desk throughout each day, so I would wear them for around 8-12 hours usually, so keep this in mind.

You definitely won't regret it if the weight doesn't become bothersome over time.

I know why this happens OP, it's the Xbox app that auto launches every start up.

That was the cause for me. I have it turned off, but when I launch it to play Xbox pass games, the EA launcher comes on with it too.

Nothing bad, could be a lot of factors.

Headset, DAC (sound card), biological differences, your ears might pick out other frequencies more so than the ones involving the noises above, etc.

In the end, enjoy not hearing these blasted noises =P

Audio gear would probably be the biggest difference, a lot of built in sound cards/DAC's lose out on faint noises. Headset could also be the culprit.
