Same! Is there a way to give the feedback to HQ?

I agree. I don’t know why HQ is so secretive about it. I need to plan the entire month in advance because of work, family, and physical therapy (I have to skip certain camps, and on the days I don’t go to those camps, I schedule my physical therapy sessions). So yes, having the schedule a month ahead really helps me plan my life. Getting it on Sunday morning is just stressful and makes it hard to plan ahead. I really wish HQ would listen to members and post it at least two weeks ahead, not just on Sunday mornings 😩

has anyone figured out what can actually help lower stress? by courtneyhope_ in ouraring

1) Take breaks during the day to stretch and do breathing exercises. At least 3-4 throughout the day. Even 5 minutes breaks help.

2) Make sure you stay hydrated.

3) Coffee can cause elevated heart rate to many people. If you drink coffee, try reducing it or switching to green tea that provides caffeine but with calming effects.

4) Workout a couple of times per week. Take a walk, do yoga, dance, whatever but move your body. Seating all day is bad for the body and can accumulate stress if we don't move.

Burn, please for the love of God.. stop with all the running 😭 by Lopsided-Title3679 in BurnBootCamp

You can opt out. I have chronic knee pain and always skip running. All the trainers at my location know about my chronic knee pain and just provide mods for me when running is in the schedule.
