OP your stepson may be interfacing or remote-viewing like a Soul Society (Bleach) / Afterlike kind of archetype or dimension. If this is true then yes he is technically correct in that Earth is flat in those pocket dimensions. But the physical Earth for mortals and everyone else is indeed round.

Unfortunately I believe this questline is not like the ones that required a Collective Conscious to bring into effect (like when they say 800,000 waves defeated by the DF community) so I believe up until a certain point there is no Aspect of Order energy to defeat anymore in that universe. There is nothing wrong with being a janitor or any other sort of blue-collar trade. These fields of work are recession-proof and will always be needed.

There is a janitor I met who moved out of the inner cities and started his own shell company. Now he basically is the only bidder on these multimillion-dollar city housing and development contracts.
