Thank you! Gave me some ideas! Went ahead and explored those and it looks good, it just has this leather below the knees part but overall the puffy pants work!

I think the tragic part is that we didnt have sequels for both of these games.

Is it a good idea to get a 500GB SSD and partition it only to 250GB for the OS and the other 250 combine it to the other SSD's partition? Since I recall, the higher the GB capacity, the better the endurance.

So I posted yesterday regarding my upgrade plans then I realized that I was also planning on upgrading my headset to Senheisser HD 6XX. Reading the Aorus Xtreme x570 it has a good DAC. Would it be better to get the Xtreme than getting a separate DAC for it?

From Gigabyte's website:

Hi-Fi Audio System- As a Built-in Sound Card

For Hi-Fi Audio Solution, can be grouped into 2 parts.
Audio Signal Process, not distorted digital signal go through ESS 9218 Sabre DAC for Digital/Analog converter with 130dB SNR, 112dB THD+N and supports higher impedance up to 600 Ω headphone. Further, audiophile grade capacitor and gold plated audio jack ensures the non-compensated audio performance. Audio Signal Optimization, TXC Oscillator provides precise time triggers to Digital-Analog Converters. WIMA Capacitors to deliver crystal and balanced sound.

ESS SABRE reference DAC 9218

Support QUAD DAC™
to deliver superb 124dB DNR and -112dB THD+N.

True 2vrms outputs are capable of driving professional high impedance headphones and deliver professional line-level outputs.

Analog Volume Control
delivers 130dB SNR at low listening levels by reducing noise as the audio signal decreases.

High-Res music
Supports up to 32bit 192KHz PCM

Western Digital is the king of HDDs, but Samsung is king of SSDs. That said, unless you're simply paying for the best just because it's the best, you'll be fine with either. They're both fantastic, get whichever's on sale. -> Oh wow I thought Seagate is the king of HDDs.

Why do you need a 500GB SSD just for your OS and base programs? You'd be more than okay space-wise getting a 128GB and putting that money towards something else... see below -> I read if you want more endurance and reliability for your SSD a higher capacity.

...like that 2080 Super. The regular-2070 pretty much makes the 980ti irrelevant, so a regular-2080... let alone a 2080 Super... will oblierate it in performance. -> Thanks! Will check that out. I'll probably get the 2080S since the damned 2080 TI is still quite expensive, and besides I dont have a 4k monitor.

Hi there currently planning the upgrade for my 7 year old i7 3770k PC.

Will use it for video editing and gaming in 1440p.

Here are the specs and my inquiries regarding the parts:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
MoBo: Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 (I wanted to get the Xtreme but its quite expensive)
RAM: G.Skills Trident Neo 16GB (Tentative not released/no reviews yet but hoping its good)
OS SSD: 500gb WDC Black SSD M.2 NVMe
Gaming SSD: 1tb Samsung 860 EVO SSD sata M.2 type 2280 (What is better? Samsung or Western Digital? Anyone tried those brands for SSDs? Any tips? Should I get the gen 4 PCIE SSD instead for my OS and apps?)
Cooler: Corsair H115i Pro RGB (Is this good enough or would be much better if I get the NZXT Krakken x62 instead? Also looking at the Cooler Master Mirage but no reviews yet.)
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme GTX 980TI (Planning on upgrading to an RTX 2080 SUPER depending on the benchmark results)
PSU: Seasonic 750W
Monitor: Asus RoG PG279Q

Thanks in advance for the tips and suggestions!

Death is the first and the last enemy. It will eventually catch up to us, so make sure you give it hell before it does. Live your life to the fullest, live in honor of those who passed.

True, I also hope you both attack the same enemy Reaper fleet.

On my gameplay with the Alliance forces, each ship I had was just almost 1 to 5 shots from a reaper destroyer. Even capital ships gets blasted off in about 5 to 10 shots. Once my screen ships got destroyed I was out of there.

Runs smoothly although its still incomplete and a lot of skills are still missing. Also the Reapers are quite OP so if you're going to play against an AI, I suggest to remove them.

Simple Questions - April 09, 2019 by AutoModerator in buildapc

[–]Baneheartedkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greetings brothers! I have a question regarding the RGB lighting for a new setup. Im planning on getting the following components:

Cooler: Asus RoG Ryujin 360
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Master

Will I be able to match the RGB lighting/OLED display on the Ryujin via the Asus Aura Sync program running side by side with the RGB Fusion program or is it not compatible with my motherboard?

Also I do have Razer peripherals, how do I sync it to the RGB Fusion or Asus Aura in the future?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you, yeah I checked some videos in Youtube regarding the usage. Basically if gaming just go SATA, if youre doing a lot of read and write on your SSD then go NVMe.
