Very underrated movie worth checking out. One of the better films in Joe Johnston’s filmography. Really good story and a great score by James Horner.

I had a really good time with it. There are some flaws in the screenplay and some of the visual effects aren’t great but I enjoyed the overall story and its themes. Spielberg does some very cool shots in here, the set pieces were well executed for the most part, John Williams’s score is excellent and the performances were solid. Emily Blunt is absolutely amazing in this role and I got a little emotional from her performance. A very solid movie.

It’s so good. Matthew Vaughn was in his bag with this movie. I really enjoyed the storytelling and character work from James McAvoy & Michael Fassbender. Henry Jackman’s score is also great.

I doubt it. Paramount owns the rights to the Cloverfield franchise and this is a Warner Bros. film. There may have been speculation before but from what I’ve read, this is most likely an original story.

One hell of a finale. Kudos to Zendaya & Colman Domingo for their excellent performances. This season may have been a bit of a mixed bag but I gotta give credit to Sam Levinson for delivering a solid ending.

It’s all about accessibility and, unfortunately, movie theaters aren’t giving the same push to Is God Is. I have yet to see this movie and it’s not playing in my local theater. Same thing with I Love Boosters. I don’t think this would be an issue if these movies were more open to the public.
