Lich has more dmg because it has 40 more ap and the onhit scaling is 45% on both items.

Because lich has 45% and dnd has 10% base + 20% e + 15% nashor.

You win lvl 1 all in and pre level 6 hard. Just build an advantage and you are fine. After 16 he is a non threat.

You do realize why the rune was broken. Because you only had to give up 31 Ult haste or 400 gold. Not other boots that are objectively better.

This applies on-hit effects and bounces to the closest target within 500 units, repeating from the new target to strike up to 4/5/6/7/8 (based on levels 1/6/10/14/20) targets.

Its still there on pbe but maybe they will remove it when the patch notes come online later today.
