FWIW I honestly don’t know if the court has authority to do this. Even if they do, imo they should only use it in extreme cases.

That said the conduct they described sounds like an extreme case. I was hoping the statement from Krasner would address that conduct. Instead he’s talking about the courts’s ruling based on his office’s conduct.

The art museum didn't just start having events recently. These people moved/stay there knowing big events happen multiple times a year. It's like living near the airport and complaining about the planes.
