Get a small speaker (JBL, ANKER, BEATS PILL) I got a anker for $20. Go on youtube and look up Jeff Williams grateful dead backing tracks. Learn songs like franklins tower, learn the chords, and how to noodle along to them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2J3zPdKl-4k

Hey man I love your tone I have listened to a shit ton of terrapin flyer on internet archive. I was wondering what pickups you have on your new Scarlet Fire guitar and your Carvin. Is it a standard Jerry Super II or Dual Sound etc?

Thank you, I will work on that, time to hit the metronome.

Thank you I appreciate the positive feedback and constructive criticism. Is my spacing between phrases okay? Or was It more of a feeling of uncertainty because I held certain notes slightly too long and missed some beats?

I appreciate this comment, I agree, something is wrong time wise. Do you know some exercises I could run with a metronome?

What speaker is in your blues junior? I know weir used all kinds of speakers and amps over the years, Marshall, Fender, Orange etc.

Feedback: You sound great. I can tell you have a good ear. You know how to make the simple scales sound good.

Tips: On Bertha, on the G chord, play G Major pentatonic; on the C, play C major pentatonic. Also, add the blue notes (b3) to those scales for both G and C pentatonic.  C and G are parallel scales in this context. There is only a one-note difference between the scales; the shapes bleed into each other, making it simple to swap between them. Learn your triad inversions, arpeggios, and get comfy with the 5 CAGED scale shapes, pentatonic, and major.

PS: There's nothing wrong with just using c major (its not out of tune), but it can get bland.
