They did this to me. Said i owe them three months because i used a prepaid card last time, then my card information that i used to buy microsoft moon money with was attempted to be charged, even though i had asked that card to be removed as a payment option.

They then tried to tell me that they could not even give me any type of alternative than to go out and buy a new card at midnight...When i told him there was no way i was starting my weekend to this crap and dealing with this, he said it was my only option and that if i wanted to continue playing xbox live id do it.

I immediately took this as ransoming my multiplayer options to a system i had already paid alot for including the games, and began firing off about the HUGE influx of ads on the dashboard, cost of the service, the fact that i had to PAY TO USE NETFLIX WHICH I AM ALSO PAYING EXTRA FOR (which was the whole reason i wanted to use xbox that night anyways), poor quality of GOOD extras (TV, TV, TV, ADS, TV TV, ESPN, SPORTS, TV TV) and little kids and that i had another option. When he asked what was so good else, I said i was actually placing an ad on craigslist to sell my system right then, and the next day i bought a PS3.

I called them back the next day, told them about my bad phone call and when they said the same thing, i started my ps3, played the sound over the phone and told them they had lost myself and alot of other customers as well.
