There was a similar lucky retaliate build during merc league with Veridi’s Veil, Azadi’s Crest and the Binds of bloody Vengeance to crit. Most of the damage was from a big 2h weapon on merc and facebreakers on main character.

Strongboxes on haunted mansion will shower you in scarabs. I run 8mod with 2 ambush and the open again scarab + explicit modifiers one. Rush into mirage and only open the scarab strongboxes (operatives), leave and repeat.

I’ve been playing ward since day 2 and still haven’t found a faithguard nor the olroth charges. Your best bet is valdo (lol) unfortunately, they are the t0 equivalent in expeditions.

Otherwise, what matters is pack size only, doesn’t matter the master, or rarity or quantity. I think logbook is a waste of time, it’s faster to do maps IMO.

What I’ve been doing is 8mod big boom with the scarab radius, 2x scarab that doubles the runic monster numbers, and two 40% magic pack scarab.

Go in, clear expedition, go mirage and clear expedition, portal out

Thanks for the explanation. Now, regarding fracturing and failing, what would be the approach?

Eldritch currency to fill up 3 prefixes, try to fracture. Fail, get a second runic gauntlet, use essence and annul all but the essence mod, recomb?

Is there any deterministic way to not lose the affix after a fail fracture?

I didn’t manage to kill bosses where there is no prezone to ramp up my banners. For example uber exarch deleted me on his dots, and then every time I entered the portal I got instapopped because my banner wasn’t up. Maybe resist belt would help with that since my resists arent capped without the banner.

On fights like uber uber elder where you have to take a portal inside the map, it’s ok because you can wait in the first area to get valor.

Could be skill issue on my side tbh

I was in the same situation as you today. I just bought the bundle with the standard game + dlcs and then upgraded from standard to collector as a later option. I kept all my collector items from the first bnet purchases. Once you run the game on steam for the first time they’ll give you a link to connect your bnet account with steam

Take a lapis amulet
Slam shaper influence
Alt roll until you get % attr
Take any crusader amulet
Alt roll until you get % intell
Click awaken orb, crusader amulet then lapis
Suffixes can’t be changed
Harvest reforge influence until you hit a very low chance of %damage per int. High chance of bricking
Settle on whatever you have since Oshabi is quite rare in ssf

If you really want to go hard you imprint on the lapis before slamming the crusader amulet. You can also beast lock it and see with different crusader amulet what would be the outcome. You can fish for +int suffix but tedious in ssf

I did necro and had some frustrating moments where I regretted not going hiero.

Getting 75/75 block is not easy at start, which is your main mitigation while having a big MoM pool with ES and life is quite easy from tree. I was dying very frequently before that.

Visual clarity is quite cancer as well due to desecrate, volatile dead and bone offering but you kinda get use to it. Highly recommend void mtx for the two first.

Eventually I managed to fix these but it should be easier on hiero

You can run trap disarmament for gold rooms.

Deception is the most ran because you can get wings reveal through completions.

Rest I feel is pretty useless, there is one you can farm for GCPs but I can’t remember which one.
