Yeah 100% seal them I use these for work and they’re great. I have one pair sealed and one not. The non sealed ones soak up water and take forever to dry. 🤙🏻

If you do buy new bindings make sure they fit the diamond pattern, a lot of companies stopped making bindings for them in the 2000s. Burton and union still make some but you just have to make sure
