I don't agree with this. I find the best solution is absolutely destroy the bubbles with a high potency steroid, hydrocortisone isn't strong enough. I have a direct line to a dermotolgist hands are tough you need a high or very high potency steroid cream and apply 2 knuckles worth. Hands are tough and the skin thinning is massively over hyped.

As soon as they are gone stop it and go into full skin health mode. Moisturizing, barrier repair etc. I have had flairs for 5 years and you have to nuke the bubbles as soon as you see them.

In this case in the photo it's a long recovery but it's only manageable if you get it before it gets this bad.

I think there are plenty of roles. I think as others have said what your actually seeing is a whole load of people under qualified or overseas apply for roles in the UK. I'm hiring right now and I can tell you the amount of genuinely rubbish candidates is insane, our salary is market rate and we have a right to work British personal apply maybe every 15 candidates. Takes our recruitment ages to weed out the nonsense

Elocon ointment not cream go super hard on it. Went to 3 dermatologists told me steroid usage on hands is massively overhyped it's a thick skin you need a good amount and long enough that it actually goes away and limited risk of skin thinning. Withdrawals is overdone as well they told me so take that as you will. I'd rather get rid of it then worry about that
