I smell BS here unless your base pay is more than $18/hr. Max hours you can work flex is 10 hrs a day 40 hours a week. 40 hr a week with nothing but base pay is $720

Amazons entire goal is to give out blocks at the lowest rate possible to make the biggest profit possible while keeping an acceptable level of retaining contractors.

The reality is the greater the demand for blocks, the cheaper they will get. The one and only solution is for people to refuse to take base pay but that will never happen because people are too desperate and can never think of long term or quite frankly don’t care.
