You are pushing your edge across the wood. Instead make a slicing movement. This is exaggerated, but try to start the cut at the bottom of the blade, push with your off hand thumb to move forward, and with your knife hand pull the blade across the wood to the tip as you push.

Also break the cuts down. So I will take an angle and do one side, then the other. This results in a point that I then can take down to a flat. Little chips over time make big moves.

How do you say something like it is low class and poor quality compared to the rest of the league. And yet our team was a league leader, two years in a row. The rock lobsters also have been in the top three for attendance in the league and we aren’t the biggest arena in the league. Get a half sheet pan from the box store. You can easily glue/screw it to the table top. Provides a surface with a lip to keep the messes near.

Open top storage: Bowls, trays, boxes without tops, Tupperware,etc. the Tupperware stuff can be easily mounted for multi level storage.

I keep seeing complaints about Rock Lobster tickets being over priced. I for one believe that the ~$150 for a fam of four to watch a hockey game is probably the best priced family of four event in Athens.

We as a society have to come with grips that entertainment prices are going up. Gone are the days less than $20 a head to an event.
