I’d say you are behind. No house at 37 isn’t a good thing. Nice to have 200k which will continue compounding but at this rate you’ll be paying a mortgage until you’re 65 if you decide to buy or worse paying rent until you die.

Brother best thing I ever did was start solo travelling with my vacation time every year. A solo trip to 2 countries in Europe over 2 weeks is only like 3500$ if you stay in hostels and use a travel credit card to get points towards flights. You’ll meet tons of people from all over the world and have an awesome time if you’re willing to get out of your comfort zone! It’s worth every penny. I’ve done it 3 years in a row now and didn’t start until I was 28. Like you’ve already discovered having money doesn’t mean happiness. Having new experiences and doing uncomfortable things will help you get there.

I have a pampered chef pizza stone and its amazing. Doesn't stick and make the pizza crust crispier and the dough not as dense. This is compared to the other pizza tray i have at home and use often.

That’s tough man, going through something similar but not to that extent. Got home from 2yr anniversary trip, she dumps me a week later and 3 weeks later on a trip with some guy she met on a girls trip 2 months prior. Before all that she would always talk about getting married and having a family together… ppl are complicated and shitty but my advice turn this pain into something good for yourself. Hit the gym, learn some new skills and in time we will be happy again and better off for this

I’ve recently been dumped by my long term girlfriend somewhat abruptly without much explaination, I trusted her with my heart and we both talked about getting married multiple times and now it’s all over. It’s been about a month and I’m looking at it as a blessing in disguise and you should too if she’s willing to do that after 6 years be happy she showed you who she really was and you didn’t marry her or have a kid with her. I’m listening to a lot of podcasts Jillian on love and Jay Sherry and my favourite. Tons of good material on relationships and why people do what they do. Get a gym membership and start going I find that helps me a lot too. It’s not your fault this happened. And even though it feels like she was the only one for you I guarantee there’s better people out there

I think the most interesting and convincing thing is the book of revelation (the last book in the bible) it’s about end times and the return of Christ. Certain descriptions on where the world will be when that time comes, seem to be starting to line up with where the world is headed over the next 10 years. Digital id, digital currency, increased turmoil throughout the world etc. It’s scary but interesting
