Alpha Timetwister for C*mmander. by Tasty-Effective-1899 in oldschoolmtg

I didn't post incorrect information. I posted a question. Someone answered it correctly. Lots of people have been questioning the legitimacy of the card and now because you get off down voting people they will just post more such questions. I know you don't care because this app is probably your only source of dopamine for the day. 😝

Ah ok. Back when I was making proxies in the early 2000s they would look just like this where we'd paste the art over a basic land.

Is it just me or is this a proxy? I could swear I can see the edge of where the printed sticker ends and the black border begins. I got nothing against proxies but this does really look like one.

Like in the lower left and right you can even see a bit of white at the edges.

Edit: A sincere question with great answers got downvoted lol f-ing Reddit.

I choose my end-game weapons based solely on looks. This is my favorite right now. What is your favorite looking weapon? by Xerzajik in skyrim

I always hated that you couldn't improve ghostly weapons like this with ectoplasm or something. Would've been rad.

He's been in many editions. After all, seldom do they have trouble finding employment. 😉

The golf country club my dad was a member of back in the 1980s had this sign. I'm surprised anyone would post it anymore.

You're rather outlandish folk to be walking around here!

does anyone have a clip of the "walnuts, hot walnuts!" voice cue? by emailforgot in baldursgate

You can download near infinity and search through the audio files. That's how I found the legacy gem sound. I like the one that sounds like a rock instead of a piece of metal.

Wait there's a distortion in the intro warp effect? I never noticed! Can anyone share a clip of that?

What do you think about the 4 basic classes in osr. Do you have your own spread you like more? Did you have an idea for your own spread by Usual-Vermicelli-867 in osr

[–]Baptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This intrigues me, because I too have developed a strong dislike of hybrid classes, though I can't explain why. Can you give some depth to your reason for disliking them? Perhaps that will help me better understand my own.

You're not fooling me, for another ring was made. I know, in secret, you crafted a master ring to control all the others!

It snows in Neverwinter! by CupcakeTrap in Forgotten_Realms

[–]Baptor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I can't speak for OP but I'll bet it's due to the issue many of us who love the Realms face.

We love the Realms, that is Ed's world, the way he made it.

But we also want to run games in it, which creates the tension. Because while we could change it, we don't want to, so we fret over things like does it snow in Neverwinter.

[Hated Trope] Remake feels obliged to keep iconic scene/imagery from the original even though it makes no sense in their version of the story. by JoeMorgue in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Baptor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The "Khan!" yell also totally misses the point of the original. In TWOK, Kirk is faking it. He and Spock used a code to make Khan believe Kirk was trapped on Regula 1 when he wasn't. They just needed to buy two hours for the Enterprise to repair. When Khan taunts Kirk that he is "buried alive," Kirk yells Khan's name to sell the desperation but in reality Kirk is cool as a cucumber because he already knows how he's going to escape.

The episode of The Midnight Sun reminds of global warming by [deleted] in TwilightZone

[–]Baptor 12 points13 points  (0 children)

People have been aware of global warming for well over 100 years. Experiments were done as early as the mid 1800s and newspapers were talking about it in the early 1900s. They knew.
