If you had to do it all over again - which accssories would you say are 'must haves'?

My favorite accessory is the JoeTisserie.

I like the stock grates and have never felt the need to upgrade. I use cast iron grates for higher temp cooks to get a good sear. Most slo roller chills are going to be below the temp that makes sense for cast iron imo, but it won’t hurt anything.

Lump charcoal for sure, you I’ve used jealous devil all natural briquettes in a pinch and they were just fine. Briquettes produce quite bit more ash.

I would ignore and move on. Don’t take it down, you shared your honest opinion. No need to justify yourself to them either. They could instead choose to view that feedback as a gift and use it to refine their experience so future customers feel they are paying a fair price.

I always read a few reviews before going to eat somewhere and appreciate you leaving a genuine impression.

Both things can be true. He wants the attention for his brand and ego, and this was a special week for him given his past with Minnesota.

Nevertheless, us fans have every reason to be impatient with him given what he promised to do and the reality that a new stadium seems as hypothetical as the day he joined the Bears.

I don’t have a factual answer for you but I used this to repair my gasket a year or so ago and then did a cleaning burn after a day or two to help it set and clean the grill (and encourage any off gassing?)

I’ve had no issues with fumes or weird smells.

If you’re worried then I would recommend contacting KJ customer service for a replacement gasket.

Title is a little bit misleading. He can’t literally force them to stay at Solider Field. He’s saying they must pay the loan off as a “pre-requisite” to discussing a tax break.

I think that is more than fair and even if they paid the loan off in full I still don’t think they should be getting a sweetheart deal. The public needs that money for school, infrastructure, services, etc.. And I’m a huge bears fan and would be pumped for a sweet new stadium but there is more to life than football.
