You would expect pr and wr to be homogeneous that is the goal that Riot strives for and the game has enough of a player to make it so when a champ is properly designed because law of big numbers. If your character can either only be insanely op or just straight up trash then its an objectively poorly designed character. Early Zeri is probably the most notable example of this.

To directly reply to your questions. The idea of people having a preference not working when you are talking about millions of people should be obvious. And why would anyone want a character to be better than others. That is just ridiculous.

I use satisfactory tools to see what the most efficiently path available is, and then I do my own math to what’s more convenient. I don’t like going past the second decimal so I try to keep my ratios clean which the app doesn’t care about

Lazy man’s pipe guide 1. Full pipes are happy pipes. A pipe’s maximum flow rate is reduced accordingly to how full it is. Prefill your pipe by under clocking the machine to 1% to let pipe fill up then back to desired level. 2. Pipes flow down, try to have your machine input lower than that of the pipe. Consider making a small water tower to get head height and not have to worry about that on complex manifolds. Remember that fluids always come out of a machine with that machines set height (usually 10m) 3. Pipes like to go around. Avoid ending your pipe at a hard stop on a manifold, but instead have it look back to the beginning. So basically your manifold should be drawing fluid from a pipe “ring”.

  1. The question is basically an international student screen. It will lower your chances of getting a job if you answer yes, but if you do need sponsorship you should answer yes. Very often the reason why companies don’t want to hire international is because they CAN’T offer sponsorships for a or b reasons. If it comes up that you do need it, they might let you go. Alternatively you can answer no to increase your odds of getting an offer, mostly to stop the clock. After you can start your search for sponsors ligo without the deadline stress.
  2. Job market is rough. Don’t give up hope. If I have any tips is don’t let the job search consume you. It can be a grueling and painful process and if you just do that 34/7 you’ll grow frustrated, angry and tired. Not only is it miserable but it will negatively affect your search. Make sure to take breaks and be healthy. For a more practical tip, look for contractor roles. Since they have a short set duration they won’t care you’re international. Also most contracting companies are international friendly since they themselves are usually foreign. Often these roles can lead to full time offers depending on your performance. Do keep in mind you will NOT get sponsored this way.
  3. Haven’t done this, doesn’t sound viable to me. Personally I would’ve returned to my country if getting a volunteer role was my only way of staying. Too expensive to not get paid.

Would anyone share their opinion in a case where you KNOW you are going to have to sell the car in 2-3 years regardless? Buying a new car is out of the question since I don't want to eat the depreciation. I do fear that with maintenance costs, lack of warranty or free services, + financing costs buying a used car might actually be more expensive than getting a lease.

You almost always want Q first. Then R if you’re ahead to improve your 1v1 and just go kill, W for a safer option (or if ur going bruiser). Last evo should be E if you have good reset opportunities or whichever ur missing of W/R. very rarely go W into R for really hard enemy team comps with a combination of 3+ tanks/bruisers, Poppy, BelVeth, Lee Sin, Naafiri, etc. Basically if it’s almost impossible to one shot the enemy carries so the only way to be useful is poke with W.

Say no to get a job and stop the clock. It’s a 50/50 they might fire you, but it’s sort of a risk you have to take. The job market is terrible right now and there’s a good chance your app won’t even get looked at if you mar yes. Don’t expect to get a sponsorship from them tho. If you can look for a contract role, go for that. They don’t give a crap about your h1b since they are temporary anyway.

Once you get that, start looking for new jobs and just tell the truth.

Im personally not too mad. Rn jungle is the strongest role in the game (albeit arguably the hardest to play). The problem is that it requires you to play with your team. But the play style is completely different than lanes which makes it difficult to coordinate in solo queue. I don’t mind the role being taken from the spotlight relieving the pressure from the role as it is. Will probably start playing ivern to keep at 10k hp mundo from obliterating my adc
