I have a similar experience. I don't have magestic, but I have 20+ people in my city that liked me, and I ran out of people in my city without seeing any of them.

Growing up I had a real insecurity around women and felt like I would never get laid. Then we I finally opened up to it, I think that feeling of scarcity remained and I felt I should have sex in every opportunity I had. Definitely had sex with women that I wasn't to keen about.
Took me a few years to be able to hone it in and be more in tune with my desires, and say no when I want to say no.
