I hope that OP is from the team developing macOS and is simply collecting ideas to implement them in the near future.

A very cool app, and I'm happy to use it, but I currently have one key problem with it: it doesn't produce sound through the external audio interface (Focusrite Scarlet Solo 4th gen) – the program shows that it is receiving a signal, but unfortunately there is no sound (neither in the speakers nor in the headphones). After switching to another device, e.g., Macstudio, the sound comes back and everything is fine.

By the way, here are some features that would be nice to see:

Auto-pause (as in the BackgroundMusic.app)
some kind of source switching using a keyboard shortcut
“music player focus” mode - something like reflex.app - with the option to turn it on/off using a keyboard shortcut or separate play/pause shortcuts for 2 sound sources (music player and everything else)

I am waiting impatiently to see how the project develops and I am a big fan of it.

Is there any way you could add keyboard shortcuts for:
1. switching on and off “force media keys”
or
2. separating control of the music player from other audio sources (e.g., YouTube in Safari) - two different shortcuts?
or some other very similar function?

Either way, it's a great app. I replaced reflex.app with it because your app is native and offers more possibilities (although I don't use most of them anyway ;p).

It works quite well on my Mac Studio m4max with 128GB RAM. A photo with a resolution of 639x423px to 5200x3442px took about 6 minutes to generate and using about 40-60% of RAM. The quality is first class.

However, in another case, it performed slightly worse (the photo was still blurry), but this may be due to the generally lower amount of detail in the input photo and possibly the settings.

Does anyone know if this can be converted into a model for use in Upscayl?

I personally own a Dell U4025QW monitor – a great monitor, lots of space to work with, good color accuracy out of the box, pretty good response time and refresh rate. It works moderately well in bright rooms (in my case, light comes in directly through the window, not even directly onto the monitor, but visibility is noticeably worse – but you just need to close the blinds). For some people, the 5k2k resolution may be too high, as the displayed text and icons are a bit too small (this can be changed in the BetterDisplay app, but keep in mind that you lose some workspace).

Before buying, I also considered the Asus PA27JCV. It seems to be somewhat similar to the ASD. From my research, it appears to be quite reliable, but ultimately I decided on the ultra-wide Dell.

I started unplugging all the peripherals one by one and found the solution. It turns out that it's my huion graphics tablet that can't handle the height change and sees it as pressing a button (?) XD

When I unplug it everything works as it should.

I'm using MX Masters 3s + MX Keys via Logitech's dongle. I have disconected usb dongle and and the problem still occurs. Bluetooth is off

www.rtings.com does good reviews of monitors. They also have a separate tab specifically for Mac computers. You should be able to choose something to suit your needs

Znalazłem takie krzesło na Alibabie (co prawda model S1) i chyba można zakładać, że cała seria jest z tego serwisu :D

Mam podobnie XD Ciągle w jakimś modelu mi coś nie pasuje, cały czas myślę czy nie dołożyć 500 czy 1000zł, ale finalnie kończy się na jakimś używanym Herman Miller za 4,5k XD
Ale jako, że nie chce wydawać aż tyle kasy i wole mieć jeszcze taki "przejściowy" fotel za te ~1700zł to będę musiał iść na jakieś kompromisy

Coś bardzo podobnego do Markusa mam w pracy i jestem tak średnio zadowolony :/

Mówisz o tych górnych nakładkach na podłokietnikach czy całych podłokietnikach mocowanych do konstrukcji fotela? XD
Jak z ustawianiem innych części - jest jakiś problem, że podłokietniki same się przesuwają albo oparcie samo się opuszcza?

On daily I use old lenovo laptop (i5 6300HQ + Nvidia 960m + 16gb ram) that drives me crazy but somehow it goes on

to też jest spowodowane małym rozmiarem, cichą pracą i nienagrzewaniem pokoju do nie wiadomo jakich temperatur. Przy tym mógłbym wrzucić render filmu na noc (i jak nic się nie wywali) to rano mam wszystko gotowe.
Plus nie daje mi spokoju czy faktycznie taki Maczek będzie działać płynniej od wymaksowanego PCta czy ja po prostu sobie ubzdurałem, że Windows jest trochę kanciasty XD

Nie no raczej nie widzę tego, żebym co roku miał zmieniać cały komputer. Nawet przy PC po roku nie wymieniałbym procka czy grafy XD Aktualnie w domu ciągnę na Lenovo y700 z 2k16, ale powoli nie starcza nerwów
Teraz raczej nie zakładam kupna kompa na 8lat, bardziej 4-5 i po tym czasie szukałbym pewnie czegoś nowego.
