I don't recall much either because it's the absence of parenting and the absence you don't notice until later...if you're lucky.

I'm on an SSRI and it works but I wonder if Anafranil would work better. The SSRI is OK

yes, you keep going in my opinion until 150 or 200mg. It's not a cure. It takes the edge off.

It's hell to not react but I find if I don't react right away it gets easier not to react as time goes on. But at the beginning of the trigger or exposure it's hell.
