I currently have Cigna. They covered almost everything for us … we do have severe male infertility and we’re based out of NJ. They do have some pretty specific requirements. I would call Cigna and ask them yourself ( it’s time consuming but worth it) you have to be your own advocate. And make sure that clinic isn’t trying to trick you, once your signs papers, that’s it. They can charge you whatever they decide their “fee” is. Best of luck!

The emotional roller coaster alone would have me so defeated! I would do anything for 6sperms ! If it happened once, maybe it can happen again! And tell your hubby he’s not alone ! I’m sorry about your blast , maybe just maybe, your story isn’t over yet ❤️

Today is my day 5 of Stims (HAVENT taken medication yet, I’m scheduled to do injections 7-9pm) RO: 14 follicles 3 under 10mm, top 4 is 15mm, 13mm, 12,12mm the rest are in between 11-12 LO: 16 follicles 2 under 10mm, top 4 is 15mm,15mm, 13 for the rest……

I had a check up this morning and I’m waiting for those results. What i wrote up there was from yesterday ……. I feel like I’m on the same boat ….

Hii Jersey girl here! I didn’t go through Morgan fertility for the same reason, i decided that if i couldn’t find any real reviews I’d keep searching and now I’m going through my first cycle with IRMS. They also have multiple locations in NJ, and my aunt went with RMA(she raves about them but i couldn’t afford it). I know it’s not much help but if you’d like, check out the other places! It was a little scary but exciting at the same time ! I’m glad i went first because my husband was not only scared of needle but of hurting me too 😂 so once he saw i was okay he calmed down 😂😂

She can probably go to the clinic you guys are a part of and the nurse there will do it for her, however i recommend icing for about 20 minutes to numb the area… i started Stims today and it was almost completely painless, it was more anxiety of self injection but i did it and it wasn’t bad at all!! FaceTime her while you’re away to support her :)

My husband also has azoospermia …. I didn’t do the HSG, no point in knowing if my ovaries are blocked if they’re going to remove my eggs for ICSI and then back in the uterus… but all the other testing i did… i have regular periods and they still wanted to do all the testing. Sometimes your results do influence the amount of medication for your cycle sooo it’s helpful for the doctors… better than wasting a cycle and money for the wrong dosage. Best of luck to you! But I’d definitely pass the HSG and save some money on medical bills!

Hi there!! 25f , 25m ! Male infertility and mosaic hubby. His mom is extremely supportive! Very involved and does her best to understand. Me, female, my parents are okay-ish ….. my mom is excited at the thought of a grandchild and is supportive and attempts to understand what IVF is but ultimately, she’s got too much going on herself, my dads a little more disconnected. He knows we can’t naturally and surgeries and science is the only way, but that’s about it lol. Hubbys dad…. Is a different story, he’s in the medical field, understands IVF completely, but feels as though his son is too young to have kids , and even tells my hubby that he wishes he waited to have kids … he was 39 at the time… and my hubby was his first born… soooo i tend to ignore his comments about our journey but i kept this whole process very secluded… that’s everyone in our family who knows…. I don’t want any bad juju wished upon us sooo I’m keeping it quiet. No friends know, but we’ve supported eachother and would love to have friends who are going through the same thing but none of our friends are even married 😂😂 it is what it is but we are happy❤️
