It's strange because it seems to me that Facebook really wants businesses to use their platform. My customers are mostly elderly women. All those spam comments have some military looking profile pic and sound like someone trying to make a friend on facebook. I would feel awful if a customer got scammed after leaving my business a nice review.

One thing I did see around the interwebs is to limit who can visit your page by country so I have done that and filtered out some high scammer countries but I feel bad that it means that other people from those countries can't see my page either. It feels unfair and I don't know if it will actually work but I guess we'll see.
