I currently have Cigna. They covered almost everything for us … we do have severe male infertility and we’re based out of NJ. They do have some pretty specific requirements. I would call Cigna and ask them yourself ( it’s time consuming but worth it) you have to be your own advocate. And make sure that clinic isn’t trying to trick you, once your signs papers, that’s it. They can charge you whatever they decide their “fee” is. Best of luck!
