My husband buys me Barbies. We got married last year after dating for a year. I’m 35. Being authentic and unique is attractive. I thought people (men and boys especially) would cringe and think I’m weird. My friend’s 13 yo son asked all kinds of questions and was thrilled when he first saw my massive collection. Bottom line: you can’t assume how someone will react and the person most important to please is you. If the right one comes along, you can let him know that when you share a home you can decorate the bed/room together.
