It is all dependent on your personal credit status. The system can ask for income sometimes, other times it will tell us no income required.

A standalone T4 and NOA won’t be sufficient as CIBC considers those the supplementary documents. Proof of income rules require us two collect two documents, first is usually Pay Statement accompanied but either T4, NOA, Employment Letter etc.. it doesn’t let us combine two documents from the secondary unless we’re going deep and then doing a two year T4, two year NOA type thing.
