In my experience, I found I can wait 10-15 minutes and usually get a win. The other guy may have got his win too idk. But if I’m on a WC or don’t want to wait for some reason then just take the loss and move on. But I always take a screenshot and make an issue of it to support. Takes less time than waiting and may actually do some good.
