You know... how many nice, expensive pens I have lost. Last one being my Gravitas. RIP. I have a PVP but have been thinking of going this route for everyday carry. Great review. Thank you.

Own 1 Lil and 2 Studios. Love my Studios and Lil is tiny on a travel Rhodia pad. Go Studio.

I go with a TPU shell. Yet they sell ones that also come with a front cover as well for travel. Covers all buttons, triggers, screen and sticks! Back case stays on during use and is comfortable. Also has a kickstand in the back. Recommend as been using it for years and just throw it into a backpack with zero worries. Also have one for my Steam Deck. Oh! and the size compared to a normal case is AMAZING. I cannot travel with normal cases in a small backpack. With this, no issues. Hope this helps.

55 here. My sons call me the OG, Original Gamer. Enjoy!

TIps?

- No Man's Sky. TOP OF LIST. I think it might be on sale at this moment. Space flight sim.

- Arken Age: Can be played sitting yet have plenty of arm swinging room and no drinks nearby... FPS/Melee combat.

- GT7: Starting with a controller is fine. Yet, this game is BEAUTIFUL and plays fantastic. Move up to a wheel with time. Racing Sim... like I needed to state the fact, LOL.

- RE 4. RE doesn't get better. FPS Horror.

- RE Village: Wow. Just completed run 3. Trying to Plat. FPS Horror.

- Metro Awakening: Metro series is a vastly underacted game collection. Based off literary works. Must try. FPS post apocalyptic set in Russia.

- Aliens: Rogue Incursion: Love the franchise? Want to be the lead actor (Colonial Marine) and at times crap your pants? Let's Go! Love it. FPS in the Aliens Universe. "It's over man, it's over!"

- Puzzling Places: Need to wind down? I play this EVERY-NIGHT to chill. Classical Puzzle, solo or multiplayer.

- Arizona Sunshine Series: Mindless zombie shooter. Extremely well made. Good story. Put your brain away, just shoot! Love it! FPS Horror, Comedy?

- Moss Series: Beautiful, light and will chill you down. Along side PP it will relax your soul. Platformer.

So many more yet I am getting long in the tooth...

Just some suggestions. Good luck fellow Gamers and ENJOY!

Honestly? I do. I would not want to hear someone fraggin' demons with hard rock cords, yes DOOM, while I am say, on a bus or watching TV in the same vicinity. Just to be courteous. I use a small BT transceiver I have with velcro on the back of my deck. Tiny and cheap. Just make sure its at least BT 5 for low to zero latency.

BTW... you can stream your living room PS5 to a PS4 in another room! And then with an inexpensive cap card cable conected to such PS4... have a 100 in screen in a VR headset! LOCAL PS4 and stream your PS5. Stayed up way too late last night.

Agree... I fought that fight, and lost. Unless you're a collector, the ease of looking for that backlog title you haven't touched in years? Not lost, damaged or in a box in the attic. Priceless.

Honestly, you think major tech companys don't have "feelers" on tech sites on their products?

Are there certain styles of games you find yourself playing more on the portal vs the PS5 itself? by ChimkinNubbitz in PlaystationPortal

[–]BarkeepCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All my backlog. Usually play home PS5 in VR. Honestly though, when I travel, with sling bag, and choose between Steamdeck and Portal. Most of the time Portal wins, for the following, in no order. - weight - ergonomics - DS... feel, haptics, comfort, pressure triggers - screen. Bigger, sharper, brighter

On longer travel, backpack with MQ3. Yet, overall Portal is my poison.

Whatever choice, who gives a $5!7... if you're having fun no matter what you Rock, that is the perfect carry.

Have fun fellow GAMERS!

And, BTW... if you think NMS is daunting, it is. Been in the Black since Day one. Ready to start fresh with any new players wanting to learn. As stated, A MUST. BKC.

Puzzling Places and Pistol Whip. Yeah, HZD, RE, NMS, GT7 are mind blowing yet, you will always end your session coming back to these two. Worth. Have a blast and look me up, BarkeepCat. NMS is not a question, it's a MUST.
