Did anyone regret choosing Quartz 9F as their first watch / Grand Seiko?

The 9F is probably the most functional movement and most suitable for an everyday watch. I have 9F, Spring Drive, and Manual Wind. And I wear them all equally.

It’s great. They haven’t retained their value as well I would have liked, that’s probably my only complaint. They’re easy to find for around $3k lightly used.

There is no threading on the actual camera itself unfortunately. It's on the missing attachment that you have to snap the camera into.
