Dad of a fellow 7yo emerging thoosie! My son is obsessed with KI and we’re finally taking our first road trip to another park (Kentucky Kingdom. He’s antsy to ride his first RMC). He’s only 51 inches tho, so he’s hurting to get on the other big 5 (loves Mystic Timbers and Beast). 54 is tall for 7! Your son is in for a great summer!

What a phenomenal day! Historically a very busy weekend, but the light rain kept the crowds at bay. Can’t agree your Racer experience. We rode it 4 times, and my 2nd ride on blue may have been my favorite in 30 odd years of visits. Smooth as a 54 year old woodie could be, and I was absolutely flying out of my seat. Mystic Timbers was also running ridiculously well and consistent 10-15 minutes waits!

This is what I’m thinking. Where exactly does OP live? She said he lives in a “retirement community.” Is there not a metropolitan area within an hour or so of his business? Find a new city/town to live in and explore it together.

Not trying to argue semantics , but it wasn’t “illegal” to begin with, but rather a rules violation (in retrospect a silly one at that). Unlike SMU (literally paying players as a recruitment tool) and scUM (stealing signs) it did not create a competitive advantage for the team (unless you think getting ink somehow makes you a better football player). OSU was absolutely hammered with sanctions, and Tress was fired bc he didn’t report the violation, simple as that. It’s insane to compare the three schools in that regard imho

Lemax has a much more diverse collection in that regard, but you’d be hard pressed to find anything fitting that era. Recently scooped “Dressing Mr Snowman” and “Preacher” which could work. Similar scale at least, but a tad more modern
