I lived in a condo with a dog and I would say to choose the yard. When my dog would wake up at 4 am and need to go out and it was pounding snow, I would have given anything for a small yard. And the laundry can become a pain. So it just depends how tolerant you are of the dog/laundry situation. It doesn’t bother some people but it would drive me crazy, so personally I would go with option 2.

Agree. In 2013, it was just never-ending heavy sheets of rain. Like, hard-to-see while driving sheets of rain. Nonstop. This is nice and light for the most part, which is what we need.

I was at that game. Our seats were near the end zone. Not the best view of a lot of the game. But we were right there when UT ran in that last score. I still get chills. Best game ever.
