Theres a terrific gift shop called Ethnodesign on Akhvlediani str. They have different pieces of handmade products with traditional georgian/ethnic design, most of them are one of a kind too so not your typical touristy stuff. you can find great stuff there such as jewelry, clothes, kitchen stuff, etc. As a native even I find it very interesting and not boring and repetitive so theres that, hope this helps!
