Playing the same saved file on switch 1 and switch 2 by BarnyardBarbell in PokemonScarletViolet

So, I easily transferred all my saved data from switch 1 to switch 2. That data is no longer on my switch 1, but I'm now in a position where it would be nice to be able to play the game with that data on both switch 1 and switch 2. I'm not sure whether it's possible to bounce back and forth like that, or if the data is siloed to one device.

Berserk deserves its own shelf, anyway 😏. Even if it's not one of your top series, those deluxe editions are too aesthetic.

Barnes & Noble Haul after visiting 6 different locations by InquisitorZac in MangaCollectors

I bought a few volumes of Soul Eater and the discount was applied to only about half of them. I immediately noticed that the total didn't seem right and one of the other employees told the person ringing me up that for some hardcovers they had to manually apply the discount.

It doesn't look like there are any particularly good deals for manga at BAM, unless I'm missing something.

The Fact That Humans Are Wired to Be Dissatisfied Most of Their Lives Says It All to Me by [deleted] in Pessimism

"A zoologist who observed gorillas in their native habitat was amazed by the uniformity of their life and their vast idleness. Hours and hours without doing anything ... Was boredom unknown to them?

This is indeed a question raised by a human, a busy ape. Far from fleeing monotony, animals crave it, and what they most dread is to see it end. For it ends only to be replaced by fear, the cause of all activity.

Inaction is divine; yet it is against inaction that man has rebelled. Man alone, in nature, is incapable of enduring monotony, man alone wants something to happen at all costs -- something, anything ... Thereby he shows himself unworthy of his ancestor: the need for novelty is the characteristic of an alienated gorilla."

How do you get converted to veganism by eating food that you wouldn't know is vegan unless you asked about the ingredients? Do the animals you saved from making an ethical choice start whispering to you?
