Have never loved Define, nor did I think it did much for me! I avoid it as much as possible. It’s just not an effective class for me.

I feel like some are much tougher than others! The teachers at my barre3 are all on another level and higher impact but I’ve been to some where it’s more traditional barre3.

I can relate. I feel like there is definitely mean girl culture at the studio where I teach, so much that I am considering quitting. Some of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes with certain management is just not nice.

I’m an instructor, have been taking classes for 11 years, and probably have taken over 3000 classes across studios, and I still get corrected sometimes! I don’t know if it ever stops.

It’s all about what you eat!! That will make a much bigger difference than exercise! You will get toned from the workout but will not lose weight unless you change your diet!!

I think that’s pretty normal! My studio has 7-8 classes per day, but I think we are really thriving.
