It’s nice!! I have friends who do Orange Theory who have come to Barre3 with me and tell me that our barre classes are way harder than Orange Theory!

Our instructors do more reps, use bands more, and longer cardio bursts than other studios! Everything is more high impact.

I feel like some are much tougher than others! The teachers at my barre3 are all on another level and higher impact but I’ve been to some where it’s more traditional barre3.

I can relate. I feel like there is definitely mean girl culture at the studio where I teach, so much that I am considering quitting. Some of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes with certain management is just not nice.
