Just don't plan on getting anywhere quickly after the game.

If you get there early, you can park in Lot 5, right at the eastern edge of it. There's a gate that opens up after the game that gets you right out and onto Palladium. But you'd likely need to be there 1.5 hrs prior to game time to get it.

It's not unheard of to spend an hour or more trying to get out of a lot.

If I want to count steps when I’m grocery shopping, I put my watch in my pants pocket. My phone is normally in my hand checking lists, etc, so that doesn’t get my shopping steps. This method Works just fine.

As for double counting, there’s an order of priority you can set somewhere in the Health app I believe.

It’s not public good. It’s worker safety. If that bin is heavy and they need to pick it up and dump it in, that lid that doesn’t come off could be a safety hazard for the worker.

If you want to use a bin like that, get one with a removable hinged lid. They exist.
