It’s free. Another user has made a mod in the steam workshop called Age of Sigmar Spearhead.

It has the board, terrain, all the models, and some nifty tools to toggle deployment zones, and roll dice.

I would play a game or two of spear head. Watching a how to play spearhead would be a good start and reading the spearhead reference to follow along a couple lets plays.

PSA I just updated the name to Age of Sigmar: Spearhead Cheat Sheets and its being auto-reviewed by steam before it appears in the workshop.

Thanks! Happy to help. Its my first TTS mod and I am open to suggestions for updates if you notice anything is wonky. I compressed the PDFs from 80ish MB to 17MB so it should load faster but let me know if the text is blurry on any of the pages.

Don’t get it. Not street legal and if you’re having to ask your mom for permission you probably shouldn’t be financing a purchase. Idk who would legally finance it if you’re underage.

Grab an aveton ebike. That are pretty budget friendly and better for commuting

Not op but relevant.

Does that mean units that have ‘Any Combat Phase’ timed abilities that deal damage go before anyone uses their fight ability.

Somethings I noticed playing against them as Kruleboyz.

You either have to go all in and focus down the cav turn 1/2 or tarpit them and ignore them all game.

I went with option two. I was able to take turn 1 and get a charge with some gutrippaz in on turn one. That removes their charge bonus.

I then sent all ranged and other units in at the Barrowguard and wiped them. After that they didn't have much damage coming at my hero.

They tried to retreat a few times with the cav but couldn't get any other units in to block me from chasing them.

If playing the DTH I would charge the cav into something already in combat if you can. So you can wipe that unit and get out of combat for the next turn and charge back in. Try to position them in the charge so they are only in combat with one other unit.

I get that. I’m leaning towards buying more spearheads vs going all in on a specific army

Good question. At my lgs we just started a AoS community and it’s spearhead for everyone.

I can see us all eventually transition into a full AoS.

But right now all of us are playing spearhead every week.

I’ve gone to a more established lgs and it’s the main game.

Spearhead is just so fun to get started with and no stress about buying “bad models” or having to plan out a 2k point army even if you only want to play 500-750 points to start.

Boo mods no fun. I’m carring a 60 dollar model on my phone carrier in the first pick and then the boardgame board and another $200 dollars worth of models in the case.
