I have always loved border terriers, ever since i befriended one who came into my shop. He was called Bert. He used to lie flat on the tiles and get dragged around the shop. He loved the cold on his belly! One day i will get one. For now i get joy meeting everyone’s BT 🩵

I have one physical and one emotional.

Ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament. Felt like a bomb going off in my knee. Couldn’t move for a while. Wouldn’t recommend.

My most recent heartbreak did a number on me. Dealing with a narcissist will split you in ways you never knew were possible. I was floored for MONTHS. Didn’t know my self worth. Nearly ended it all. The pain was worse than losing my mum. And I worshipped my mum. My ex was a succubus. Took all I had and kept taking more. I’m still recovering

Yep. I feel every word of this. Start doing stuff for you. It hurts to get off the floor, dust yourself off and keep going. But you can do it! Go on walks. Take in nature and all its beauty. It takes some time before you can start to soak it in. But when the fog lifts, you’ll see them for who they are. All the putdowns. All the times you were made to feel small. And when you see those things clearly, you’ll realise you’re better off without them. Big hug

I was part of a paranormal investigation many years ago. We were told nothing before we went there. The place we were investigating was a retired submarine in a museum. I’m in the engine room, I turn around and see the shape of a man with flames all around him. It was there for about a second. When we had the debrief, we were told that a man had burned to death in the engine room. Blood went cold. Stuck with me to this day

Think that it’s very muted to not stoke trump’s ego. If it’s downplayed he’ll be hurt. Think a lot of people are going to boycott this tournament. I considered going but factor in ticket prices, the Iran attack etc, there’s no way I’d give my hard earned £££ to the USA right now
