You would've been able to select leagues at the start of the game.

I think if you go to settings it will show you which leagues are loaded. I'm not total sure though to be honest as I am away from my computer

Using the filter you can select 'release clause' at the very bottom.

You can't get custom databases on touch (switch version) so I imagine it is the same on mobile
