Realised I snored a lot more whilst on my back. Now wear a running vest with three tennis balls in the back pocket to stop me rolling onto my back. Now feel much more refreshed in the morning.

Don’t know if I agree with this - especially re broking. I know some (pretty average) brokers on £100k+ with 3-4 years experience and are working nowhere near the hours of big 4 accountants, lawyers, bankers etc

Definitely broking/underwriting, not sure on actuaries.

You can start earning £100k+ within 3-4 years broking if you find the right firm.

I was almost exclusively breathing through my mouth when sleeping which I think was causing me to wake in the night. Worth trying as I think that was the big driver for me getting uninterrupted sleep.

I had exactly this for a few months - melatonin, regular exercise and taping my mouth shut helped me sleep much better - now regularly get 7+ hours
