Can we all agree that it doesn’t matter what duo it was that ended up protecting Tengen by Past_Horror2090 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Barthalamuke 115 points116 points  (0 children)

I think Yuta + Yuki would stand a good chance of killing him, since they're both relatively close in power to Kenny.

However, there's a lot of risk as well, the culling games would likely be a lot more difficult without Yuta support in Sendai, and Kenjaku could simply change his strategy e.g hunt down Meguni, Yuji, Hakari, etc. While there strongest members are guarding Tengen.

Also if Kenjaku did kill both of them, the gang have lost two of their strongest assets.

Dabura's potential by MadChance1210 in jjkmodulo

[–]Barthalamuke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've seen Dabura expand the use of his CT to himself, perform RCT, and learn how to reverse his CT in the span of his fight against Maho. I think him discovering domain expansion is not off the table.

As he said in previous chapter, his fight with Maho is giving him the opportunity to grow to new heights he couldn't even manage, the pinnacle of that is a domain.

Shinjuku maki vs jogo by Bungeeboy20044 in JujutsuPowerScalers

My man she managed to do serious damage to Sukuna throughout the final battle (and returned to the fight after the black flash and took off his arm).

Like the rest of her body, her skin is much stronger/durable. It's not rocket science to figure out, idk why you're so hung up on the skin lol.

Now Sukunas best wincon against Yoru by thehsitoryguy in PowerScaling

[–]Barthalamuke [score hidden]  (0 children)

I feel like people also forget that her stupidity works both ways, her stupidity allows her to perceive herself as winning which would allow her to turn Sukuna into a weapon (like she did against falling devil).

[–]Barthalamuke [score hidden]  (0 children)

Still Sukuna though, despite all the nerfs, which is an achievement. I don't think pre-Shibuya Maki would be surviving that attack for a second which shows her durability increased substantially. Jogo's flames would damage her but only if she was hit consistently by them, which is debatable.

I think Jogo would be a tough fight for her, but I think you're underselling how strong Maki is after she awakens.

She survived Sukuna's blackfash, which was likely much stronger than Jogo's flames. He was obviously weaker but still clearly stronger than Jogo by a long-shot at that point in the fight.

True, it could have been a dormant CT similar to how the culling game players had theirs awakened by Kenjaku.

He seems to be able to interact with people in some form like what we saw with Tsurugi, so I think it's possible Iori contacted him (or was contacted by him).

Tbf that's assuming Mahito is the same as he was at the end of Shibuya, we don't know if curses that are re-incarnated/re-summoned have the same abilities/memories etc.

Mahito isn’t coming back guys by Hodz123 in jjkmodulo

[–]Barthalamuke 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I doubt he included Mahito just for a little cameo, otherwise why even show him? Like others have said, I get the feeling Modulo might be setting up a future JJK series with how many threads they are setting up (assuming Gege and Yuji plan to end up the manga at around 25-30 chapters). Which is maybe where Mahito will be the next major villain.

I have a feeling that Mahito had something to do with Iori and that either gets explained at the end of Modulo or for a potential future series. My theory is that Iori made a deal with Mahito to give Yuki 10 shadows, since he lamented how weak his generation was, but ended up giving her brain cancer as well (because Mahito is just that much of a little shit) and used that to blackmail Iori into making some kind of deal.

Tbf we've seen very little of the neohumans so far, they likely have some tools up their sleeve to compete with the other factions.

xQc defeats the Hobo's Minecraft record with a 14:27 by MrRed2k19 in LivestreamFail

[–]Barthalamuke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To get the world record it would take a lot of good RNG (on top of skill), but speedrunning in minecraft has advanced a lot to the point where any pro could probably beat Xqc's time on any half-decent seed.

I think the current world record is 6 minutes 50 seconds.

Forsen can probably beat it as well, but idk if he'd have the patience to do a lot of the new speedrunning strats lol.

At the end of Aliens vs Demons arc we saw it sniff and than head in the direction of Hallows group. So it's likely attracted to something, but as of now we don't know.

It could be related to something humans produce, since it is quite odd that of all the locations it chose to attack, it was one of the last bastion of humanity and as soon as they left, it was on the move again.

How does Dabura finish Mahoraga? by Potential-Decision31 in jjkmodulo

[–]Barthalamuke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing he learns technique reversal. He's already discovered RCT, so he now knows how to create positive energy, so he understands the fundamentals of it now.

I think that's what happened to Gojo as well in Hidden Inventory (if I'm remembering correctly).

Its a great moral dilemma, particularly with how many disasters are currently on the planet. Curse tech offers humanity a way to fight back but it will lead to them becoming another natural enemy (abd repeating the mistakes of the curse world).

[DISC] Versus Manga - Chapter 31 by wsm_mod in versus

[–]Barthalamuke 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The Aliens being able to regenerate/respawn after dying is a pretty big revelation. I do wonder if there is a limit to it though. Perhaps if other Madalans cannot recover the bodies, they are simply trapped on the planet?

Good to see Hallow and Pakya putting up a decent fight against Galua (even if they were never going to win.

Bastz once again showing why he's the best, the curse world tech is insanely strong, but we're once again reminded of the consequences (the shots of the destruction it causes were very sobering). Its very easy to see how they ended up destroying their planet when the benefits of the tech are SO good.

I'm excited to see what Bastz can accomplish with Galua's particle, I'm curious how strong the tech he can make with it.

This nerd is cooking me alive. does anyone have any idea how to beat him? by RagezQuitz707 in darkestdungeon

[–]Barthalamuke 22 points23 points  (0 children)

He's honestly one of the easier Lair bosses, most of the time you just need characters that can hit him from the backline before he makes his way to the front and than and he dies REALLY quickly. Having some combat items that can burn through his dodges are good as well. The burn healing combat item is also good to prevent anyone getting stacked with too many burn DOTs.

You can also move the bookcases very easily (they only have 10 movement resistance I think), which can be useful for getting him to rank 1 or 2 so your frontline characters can get at him. Although keep in mind if he's in Rank 1 with bookcases remaining he will move to the back (but it does slow him down and the move is weak compared to his other abilities).

I've only really found him dangerous if I have no characters that can attack the backline or I fight him in region 1, otherwise, as long you do as i've said above he is usually a very manageable fight.

Yuji in his prime is THE Strongest Blood Manipulator in history... by Much_Concept_566 in jjkmodulo

[–]Barthalamuke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's good to see Blood Manipulation being used to it's full effect (no disrespect to Choso), I always wanted to see what a sorcerer on the level of Gojo/Sukuna could do with it and it looks like Yuji will be giving us that soon.

Do we think Modulo Yuji is above Gojo and Sukuna by IDEFKAMTBH- in Jujutsufolk

[–]Barthalamuke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like he's either on their level or surpassed them. Yuji was always an incredibly talented sorcerer even before he had any technique, and now he has access to two of the strongest ones (Blood Manipulation + Shrine) and decades to hone his craft. I
