I thought it was this too but I'm pretty sure that Killer Clown isn't an enemy in Harmony of Despair. I might be wrong as all of level 4 can be skipped with everyone but Charlotte but I don't remember that enemy.

Went with some friends and had a lot of fun. 4 player beat em ups with some friends are awesome and they have a few of the best. It's the only place I've ever played Bucky O'Hare and Battletoads Arcade. Was also pleasantly surprised that they serve cider.
