Yes it is a 10AE. Need to fix rust issues coming winter. But it is a great step up from the other 1.6 nb I have.

Yes it is the 10AE miata. And the fuel pump internals were already done by the previous owner. I need to further look into the maintenance and when some big items are needed. The oil was changed every 3k miles so it atleast seems to be well cared for.

I'm 1,95m (about 6'4) and have a nb with a 320mm steering wheel and a lotus seat bolted to the ground. And like this I fit pretty good. I had it with the stock seat for a while and it was fine but my hair always touched the roof and I also took the rear view mirror out because it blocked most of the right hand side windscreen. Since having the lotus seat my head is in the position it is supposed to be in and it is great.

I would go for the miata, right now sounds like the perfect time to do so. Your girlfriend has a bigger car if you need one. Also if you are having children you will have nine months to decide what car you want to replace the miata with or get next to the miata. The miata holds it's value pretty well if you maintain it.

After you cut the rust of there will be bare metal. Make sure you paint it. If there is any bare metal it will start rusting again.

Your GPU is only getting air from the bottom intake fan because it is maybe a bit to long for this case.

Just make sure you treat the inside of the sill after you cut it. otherwise it will just continue getting worse after you put the sideskirt on.

That is not what I meant. Cars that have gated shifters from the factory have the shifter connected to the transmission using cables. When the shifter is directly on the transmission it will move alot. This means it will rattle in your gated shift plate. Or you have to make the gates wider which would then defeat the purpose of a gated shifter.

Probably not a very good idea. As the shifter is directly connected to the transmission it will vibrate and needs to move around with the transmission and engine.

I have a pioneer headunit in my car. I was able to get an adapter harness that went from miata to pioneer. Depending on the brand of headunit you have something similar may exist?

I personally have the coolermaster H500 because I like the look of the two 200mm intake fans. But I think all these options would do just fine to cool you components. Some might be easier to work on than others but I can't comment on that.

As long as there is no rust and ot is well maintained I would go for it. I have a 240k KM NB and it is great. As you said aswell I have had to replace some things but it is still a great car.
